Our Journey
Mindfulness and meditation have been an important, if not vital part of our self-care for our emotional wellbeing.

The pandemic changed the way we all lived our lives. Heightened feelings of anxiety and uncertainty and being restricted to a small geographical area, meant we had to make adjustments to our practice. This led us to finding creative ways to support our psychological wellbeing. Fortunately, we live in an area that has lots of green and blue spaces and we noticed the benefits to our mood and general outlook when we practiced mindfulness and meditation in more natural environments. We then did some research and discovered Dr Qing Li's research on the incredible benefits of forest bathing (Shinrin Yoku). We were so excited about this that we decided to train as natural mindfulness guides and offer it within our community.
