Swansea Bay Cluster Wellbeing Project

We are delighted to be a part of this pioneering, innovative and dynamic way of delivering targeted wellbeing support.

We hope this is the beginning of a new era which allows individuals more autonomy and choice in relation to their personal wellbeing. This initial funding is for patients of Bay Cluster GPs, with a hope that it will roll out throughout Swansea.
